Nonna Fertitta’s Marinara Sauce

This is the sauce that Padre Fertitta grew up eating. Made with vine ripened San Marzano Tomatoes, Roasted Garlic and Onion, Sweet Genovese Basil, and an array of secret spices. This recipe was passed down from generation to generation from one Nonna (grandmother) Fertitta to another until finally, the Padre’s mother allowed him to share it with the world.
